P1739 General Position Encoder Fault: General Description
The shift motor uses a 4-switch Position Encoder that provides motor position data to the TCCU.
NOTE:
Never disassemble shift motor. because it causes that position encoder is misaligned with TCM memorized setpoint. Therefore, it is never reusable after disassembling shift motor
