Repair procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the center air vent (B) using the SST (A) (09840-1M100).
For coupe, refer to CENTER FASCIA PANEL REPLACEMENT . For sedan, refer to CENTER FASCIA PANEL REPLACEMENT .
CAUTION: Always use the SST (09840-1M100) to prevent the damage when removing the air vent. For coupe, refer to CENTER FASCIA PANEL REPLACEMENT . For sedan, refer to CENTER FASCIA PANEL REPLACEMENT . - Remove the crash pad center fascia panel (A) after loosening screws.NOTE: Take care not to scratch the crash pad and related parts.
- Disconnect the connectors (A) from the crash pad center fascia panel.
- Remove the mounting bolts (4 EA) then remove the audio unit (A).
