  1. Lock/Unlock Request by Central Lock/Unlock Switch
  1. Central locking shall be inhibited in following condition
  1. Central lock inhibit condition: When crash unlock is active
  2. Central unlock inhibit condition: b_BAState is on (ARMWAIT, ARM, ALARM, REARM).
