Enable Conditions	Engine "ON"
Threshold Value	Dynamic torque error. Net torque is greater than 20Nm or torque throttle load is greater than 1%. Desired ETC throttle position is less than 0%. Steady state torque error is greater than 70 Nm. Actual net torque is greater than 20Nm. Steady state torque error is less than -700 Nm. Desired ETC throttle position is less than 0%.
