Repair Procedures: Removal

CAUTION:

When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.

NOTE:

Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
DO NOT scrape down to the painted surface of the body.

Remove the Front Pillar Trim.
(Refer to Interior Trim - "FRONT PILLAR TRIM ")
Loosen the Nuts and remove the Delta Fixed Glass (A).
Tightening Torque:

3.9 ~ 4.4 N.m (0.4 ~ 0.45 kgf.m, 2.9 ~ 3.3 lb-ft)

Cut out the delta Fixed Glass Sealant using the Utility Knife.
NOTE: DO NOT scrape down to the painted surface of the body.

Information
- Remove the rubber dam and fasteners from the body.
- Mask Off surrounding surfaces before painting.
