Repair Procedures: Removal
NOTE:
Take care not to scratch the crash pad and related parts.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the glove box housing.
(Refer to Body - "GLOVE BOX HOUSING ")
- Remove the heater & A/C control unit.
(Refer to Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning - "HEATER & A/C CONTROL UNIT (Service Information) ")
(Refer to Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning - "HEATER & A/C CONTROL UNIT (DATC )")
- Remove the audio unit or AVN head unit.
(Refer to Audio - "AUDIO UNIT ")
(Refer to AVN System - "AVN HEAD UNIT ")
- Disconnect the BCM unit connector (A).
- Remove the BCM unit (B) after loosening the nuts.
