DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check signal
  1. Poor connection in torque sensor
  2. Faulty torque sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Torque sensor signal error
    • Sent no signal
    • Sent CRC error
    • Sent sync range over (Synchronization pulse < 56*1.52us, > 56*1.85us)
    • Sent internal fault error
    • Sent difference error (Difference > 0.5 degree)
Fail Safe
  • EPS warning lamp "ON".
  • EPS control is inhibited.
Restoration Conditions
  • Normal condition after IG on → off
