Pressure Sensor Calibration

  1. Connect GDS to DLC (Data Link Cable).
  2. Select the "Vehicle S/W Management" about related DTC with GDS.

    • A (brake pedal "OFF" (0mm)): HPA - Approx. 170bar

      Primary pressure Sensor - 0bar

      Secondary pressure Sensor - 0bar

    • B (brake pedal "ON" (71mm)): Approx. 140 ~ 150bar

      Primary pressure Sensor - Approx. 86bar

      Secondary pressure Sensor - Approx. 16bar

  3. Are the parameters displayed correctly?

    YES 

    • Fault might be intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECU's connector or was repaired and ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.

    NO 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If problem still occurs, replace IBAU and perform "Vehicle S/W Management".
