Power Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF"
- Refer to INJECTOR DRIVE BOX (IDB) and disconnect IDB connector.
- Ignition "ON"
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 28 & 42 (ON/START Input) terminal of IDB harness connector and chassis ground.
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 30 (ECU Main Relay "ON" Input) terminal of IDB harness connector and chassis ground.
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 59 (ECU Main Relay "ON" Input) terminal of IDB harness connector and chassis ground.
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 44 (ECU Main Relay "ON" Input) terminal of IDB harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: B+
- Is measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair open or short in power circuit of IDB and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
