ATTENTION SERVICE MANAGERS AND TECHNICIANS:

Before any repair (including alignment) is performed, a Techline case should be opened prior to starting the repair on the vehicle per EARLY WARNING REPORTING (EWR) Warranty Bulletin (2016-02). Failure to follow the guideline may result in a chargeback.

Ensure your equipment has the latest 2019MY alignment specifications programmed.

This Pitstop provides information regarding alignment specifications for 2019MY Forte (BDm) vehicles. In the event a wheel alignment is needed, ensure your alignment equipment has the correct specifications programmed into the PC database. Any warranty claims submitted with the improper alignment specifications may be subject to chargeback. A "Before" and "After" print-out MUST be submitted with each warranty claim and MUST include the VIN, RO number, model, and model year.
