Repair Procedures: Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the crash pad lower panel.

    (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")

  3. Disconnect the duct sensor connector (A).

  4. Remove the driver side shower duct (A) after loosening the screw.

  5. Disconnect the PTC heater connector (A).

  6. Remove the PTC heater core (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

  7. Install in the reverse order of replacement.
