Repair Procedures: Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the front console garnish (A).

  3. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the glove box cap (A).

  4. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover [RH] (A).

  5. Remove the crash pad garnish [RH] (A) after loosening the screws.

  6. Remove the center fascia panel (A) after loosening the screws.

  7. Disconnect the hazard switch connector (A).

  8. Remove the center fascia lower panel (A) after loosening the screws.

  9. Disconnect the heater & A/C control unit connectors (A).

  10. Remove the in car sensor (A) by pressing the locking pin.

  11. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Information 

    • Make sure the connector are connected in properly.
    • Replace any damaged clips.
