Repair Procedures: Removal

Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
Remove the air duct and air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")
Disconnect the EEGR control valve connector (A).

Remove the EEGR control valve (B) after removing the mounting bolt (A).
