Repair Procedures: Removal

- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Remove the air cleaner.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")
- Remove the intercooler outlet hose.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "INTERCOOLER ")
- Disconnect the ETC module connector (A), vapor hose (B), coolant hoses (D) from the ETC module, unfasten the bolts (C), and then remove the ETC module from the engine.
