Section 139 (Rear Corner Radar System): Troubleshooting

If BCW/RCCA has any problems, you may check items below
- Check bumper cleanliness: If the bumper is excessively contaminated with snow, mud, etc., it may result in erroneous warnings or degraded functioning of the system.
- Check the vicinity of the bumper: If the metal sticker is attached near the installed radar, an incorrect alarm can occur.
- Check the bumper for configuration and installation condition: The alarm performance can be deteriorated, if the bumper mounting or sensor mounting is abnormal after the accident.
- Missing calibration' DTC occurs: Check the bumper, bracket, and sensor installation status.
- Bumper - Mounting improperly, or external deformation.
- Bracket - Deformed or detached bracket, or an incorrect bracket location.
- Radar installation status - Loose sensor installation screw, or foreign substance intake after sensor installation.
- Check the error in the switch or the switch LED: Input the switch before maintenance, check switch LED operation and circuits.
