Ground Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF"
- Disconnect Battery (-) terminal.
- Refer to "FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE (FPCM) " and disconnect FPCM connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 9 (Ground) terminal of FPCM harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. below 1Ω
- Is measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "OPEN IN CAN COMMUNICATION LINE INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair open or short in ground circuit, and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
