Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the center fascia panel.

    (Refer to Body - "CENTER FASCIA PANEL ")

  3. Remove the Crash Pad garnish.

    (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD GARNISH ASSEMBLY ")

  4. Remove the audio head unit after loosening the screws.

  5. Remove the audio upper cover (A).

  6. Remove the audio mounting bracket (A).

  7. Remove the audio head unit (B) after disconnecting the connectors and cable (A).

    NOTE:
    • When the compact disc is not ejected, do not remove it forcibly.
