Repair Procedures: Replacement
NOTE:
- When removing the fender, wrap protective tape around a screwdriver or remover not to damage components
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries
Information
When removing the clips, use a clip remover.
- Remove the front bumper assembly.
(Refer to Front Bumper - "FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY ")
- Remove the head lamps.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "HEADLAMPS ")
- Remove the side seal molding.
(Refer to Body Side Molding - "SIDE SEAL MOLDING ")
- Remove the front wheel guard.
(Refer to Body Side Molding - "FRONT WHEEL GUARD ")
- Remove the front bumper side mounting bracket (A) after loosening the bolts.
- After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the fender assembly (A).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Information
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
- Replace any damaged clips (or pin - type retainers).
