SERVICE INFORMATION

This Pitstop provides information regarding battery identification, for Clarios® brand equipped models listed below. Some Batteries may be requested for analysis, so dealers must comply with the Warranty Parts Retention Requirements (Section 13.2) of the Kia Service Policies and Procedures Manual. Failure to return the requested Battery will result in a claim chargeback. Refer to the battery identification details below for Clarios®. The RO number needs to be clearly written on the battery case using a permanent marker or other marking device and the battery kept in the warranty part retention area  .
