Repair Procedures: Installation
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
- Perform air-tight inspection.
(Refer to Vehicle Control System - "AIR TIGHTNESS ")
- Fill the coolant and then check for leakage.NOTE:
- Refill the motor cooling system with coolant and then bleed the air using the KDS.
(Refer to Motor Cooling System - "COOLANT ")
- Refill the motor cooling system with coolant and then bleed the air using the KDS.
- Install the motor assembly then perform
"INITIALIZATION OF MOTOR/HSG RESOLVER CALIBRATION
" procedure.NOTE:
- If "Initialization of Automatic Resolver Offset Calibration" is not reset after exchanging the motor, it may result in reduced max power output as well as drive range.
(Refer to Motor & Reduction Gear - "MOTOR POSITION AND TEMPERATURE SENSOR ")
