  • Coolant temperature #2 is higher than 82.5°C (180.5°F)

  • Coolant temperature is -10.5°C to 75°C (13.1°F to 167°F) at engine start
  • (A) Vehicle speed is 40km/h to 180km/h (24.8 mph to 111.8 mph)
  • (B) Amount of air flow is 6.7g/s to 83.3g/s
  • (C) Satisfied with the (A) and (B) condition is more than 18s
  • Satisfied with the (C) condition is more than 4 times
  • (D) Vehicle speed is 0km/h to 5km/h (0 mph to 3.1 mph)
  • (E) Amount of air flow is 1.1g/s to 4.4g/s
  • (F) Satisfied with the (D) and (E) condition is more than 18s
  • Satisfied with the (C) condition is more than 4 times
Case 4
  • Engine "OFF' (5 hours)
  • Deviation between present coolant temperature and coolant temperature when engine running is lower than -1.5°C (29.3°F)
  • Coolant temperature is lower than 50.25°C (122.45°F)
  • Engine running time is less than 30s
Threshold Value Case 1
  • Deviation between actual coolant temperature and target coolant temperature #2 is lower than -10.5°C (13.1°F)
