Repair Procedures: Removal

Turn the ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal (A).
Tightening torque:

3.9 - 5.9 N.m (0.4 - 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 - 4.3 lb.ft)

Remove the battery sensor (B) after loosening the bolt (A).
Tightening torque:

26.4 - 32.3 N.m (2.7 - 3.3 kgf.m, 19.5 - 23.8 lb.ft)
