Repair Procedures: Installation
- Install in the reverse order of removal.NOTE:
- Do not reuse the high pressure fuel pipe.
- Torque wrench should not be tilt when you tighten the nut.
- Install the high pressure fuel pipe following order below.
- Tighten both nuts (A) completely by hand.
- Tighten the function block mounting bolt with the specified torque.
Tightening torque:
9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
- Tighten both nuts (A) completely with the specified torque.
Tightening torque:
32.4 - 35.3 N.m (3.3 - 3.6 kgf.m, 23.9 - 26.0 lb.ft)
- Tighten both nuts (A) completely by hand.
- Inspect fuel leakage after high pressure fuel pipe assembly.
