Repair Procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the liftgate lower trim.
(Refer to Body - "LIFTGATE TRIM ")
- Disconnect the connector (A) and remove the latch after loosening the bolts.
Tightening torque:
21.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.20 - 2.70 kgf.m, 15.93 - 19.50 lb.ft)
- Disconnect the connector (A) and remove the actuator (B) after loosening the nuts.
Tightening torque:
21.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.20 - 2.70 kgf.m, 15.93 - 19.50 lb.ft)
