Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the crash pad lower panel.

    (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")

  3. Remove the side airvent duct assembly (A).

  4. Remove the side crash pad switch panel (A) after loosening the screw.

  5. Disconnect the side crash pad switch assembly connector (A) and mood lamp unit connector (B).

  6. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the ICU.

  7. Remove the ICU (A) by loosening the nuts.

  8. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the ICU and then remove the wiring mounting clip.
