Charging System: Alternator: Inspection: Stator

Check that there is continuity between each pair of stator coil (A). It is normal if there is continuity.

Check that there is continuity between each stator coil and the coil core. It is normal if there is no continuity.
If the coil fails either continuity check, replace the stator.
