Removal & Installation: Removal

  1. Release the residual pressure in fuel line.

    (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "RELEASE RESIDUAL PRESSURE IN FUEL LINE ")

  2. Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  3. Move the left side rear seat forward as far as possible.
  4. Remove the fuel pump service cover (A).

  5. Disconnect the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (FTPS) connector (A).

  6. Disconnect the fuel feed tube quick-connector (A) and fuel pump connector (B).

  7. Remove the plate cover (A) by using the SST (09310 - B8100).
