- To control the pump-driven proportional control valve, the oil pressure and the temperature information (output voltage) are generated from the variable oil pump system.
- Send the pressure information to the Engine Control Module (ECM) by measuring the oil pressure and temperature discharged from the oil pump, and the ECM adjusts the proportional control valve to maintain the discharged pressure according to the rpm.
