Inspection Procedure

■ Inspect whether to leak air or stuck

1. Inspect a contamination, gasket and installation

• Damaged or installation of throttle body
• Damaged or installation of intake manifold and gasket which is installed in surge tank
• Contamination and stuck in intake manifold
• Contamination between surge tank and PCSV and stuck open
• Damaged or contamination of O2S (up)
• Visual check leak a catalyst and a exhaust system of O2S (down)

■ Inspect whether to fuel line

1. Inspect a stuck, a contamination, a installation

• Check fuse line connection
• Check a installation of line, poor or damaged
• Damaged or cracked pipe
• Inspect a contamination of fuel filter

  Good 

  • Go to "WIRING INSPECTION " procedure.

  No Good 

  • Repair as necessary and Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
