Removal And Installation

Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Disconnect the purge control solenoid valve connector (A) and vapor hose (B).
Remove the purge control solenoid valve (C).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

Install the Purge Control Solenoid Valve (PCSV) to the specified torque.
If PCSV is dropped, it may cause internal damage. (Do not reuse)
Be careful not to get foreign matters into the PCSV.
