Disassembly & Reassembly: Reassembly

  1. Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
NOTE:
  • Install the brush & regulator assembly in the order below.
    1. Remove the brush & regulator assembly cap (A) in the direction of arrow.

    2. Install the brush & regulator assembly.

      Tightening torque: 

      4.02 - 4.41 N.m (0.41 - 0.45 kgf.m, 2.97 - 3.25 lb.ft, 35.6 - 39.1 lb.in)

    3. Install the brush & regulator assembly cap (A).

  • The existing OAP cap should be replaced with a new one.
