Removal & Installation: Removal

Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
NOTE: After disconnecting the battery negative (-) terminal, wait at least 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Remove the floor console assembly.
(Refer to Body - "FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY ")
Disconnect the supplemental restraint system control module connectors (A).

Remove the supplemental restraint system control module (A) after removing the bolt and nuts.
Tightening torque

Bolt: 10.8 - 13.7 N.m (1.1 - 1.4 kgf.m, 8 - 10.1 lb.ft)

Nut: 6.9 - 7.8 N.m (0.7 - 0.8 kgf.m, 5.1 - 5.8 lb.ft)
