Removal And Installation: Installation

Tightening torque: 

24.5 - 27.5 N.m (2.5 - 2.8 kgf.m, 18.1 - 20.3 lb.ft)

• When installing the delivery pipe, pre-tighten the bolts and tighten them in order.

Tightening order: 2→3→1→4 

• Note the below text, when installing the injector in the delivery pipe.

1. Replace the parts with new one, when reusing the injector.
   1. O-ring
   2. Support disc
   3. Clip
   4. Rubber washer

      (When installing the rubber washer, make sure that the steel plate side faces the mounting area of the cylinder and the rubber plate side faces the injector body.)

   5. Combustion seal ring

      (Refer to Injector - "REPLACEMENT ")

2. Apply engine oil to the O-ring.
3. Do not apply engine oil to the combustion seal ring.
   NOTE:

   • Be careful not to be damaged the injector tip, when installing injector module assembly.
   • Replace the high pressure fuel pipe with a new one. (Do not reuse)
