Lazy Locking
If door key is turned and held in lock position or lock button on transmitter is pressed for longer than one second, vehicle will perform lazy locking process. Lazy locking can be done while locking or superlocking, or when vehicle is already locked.
Lazy locking will cause all open windows to start closing simultaneously. After all windows are closed, sun roof is closed. Lazy locking will operate either in one-shot mode or in dead man's handle mode. In one-shot mode, windows and sun roof will continue to close even when key or transmitter button is released. In dead man's handle mode, closing operation will stop if key or transmitter button is released. In this mode, if any window or sun roof is not fully closed when key/transmitter button is released, it will cause a mislock. A mislock is indicated by either 2 short beeps from alarm or by 3 short flashes of courtesy lights.
