SYMPTOM

000102 WDS Patch/Update

Issue

We have experienced a significant number of calls recently concerning the failure to program modules on a number of legacy vehicles. Specific symptoms users have been experiencing are:

Repeated pop ups asking to run the VCM update
Unable to communicate with some 06/07MY Range Rover modules
Unable to program L316 PCM modules

CONTENT

We are investigating the issues as a matter of urgency and are collecting information from each case that is raised to ensure a rapid fix.

Resolution

Please raise all SDD IDS concerns from dealer network through the TR system to the International Back Desk, who have been resolving these concerns directly. Given the urgency of these issues, these concerns are being fast tracked through the system; please include SDD session files to ensure fast response.
