SYMPTOM:	000101 Diagnostic Concerns

ISSUE

When launching a recommended diagnostic function (candidate) from the SDD Recommendations Tab, an error/warning message is displayed stating "This Candidate Is Currently Unavailable". (screen shot attached)

CAUSE

The SDD database linking menu items to functions is incomplete, or the diagnostic software resources are incomplete.

SOLUTION

Confirm the latest DVD and updates are installed. (refer to TOPIx for the most current release notes)
Re-boot the IDS system and repeat the process.

If the problem cannot be resolved quickly using these steps, submit an EPQR with description of function that generated the error, and attach SDD session files after using the IDS File Import Tool v5.1 to export them from the diagnostic tool. Timely EPQR submissions for this class of error is greatly appreciated, and allows JLR to correct the defect ASAP.
