ACTION

If your workshop uses a Drewtech Mongoose Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI) Device:

Make sure your workshop has the correct latest level Mongoose hardware for use with SDD and 14MY Vehicles. Check the device for 14MY vehicle compliance as stated below:

14MY VEHICLE COMPLIANT

ONLY the Mongoose VCI devices with the word 'Mongoose' displayed in 'Yellow' colour text on the device MUST be used with Symptom Driven Diagnostics (SDD) on 14MY vehicles onwards.

14MY VEHICLE NON COMPLIANT

Mongoose VCI devices with the word 'Mongoose' displayed in 'Silver' colour text on the device MUST NOT be used with SDD on 14MY vehicles onwards.
