DTC B116D-11: SOS On Call Keypad - Circuit short to ground: Action

NOTE: This Diagnostic Trouble code(s) will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the telematic switchpack emergency call and/or breakdown call switch signal circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
