DTC B116D-13: SOS On Call Keypad - Circuit open: Action

NOTE: This Diagnostic Trouble code(s) will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the telematic switchpack circuit for open circuit or high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
