DTC B117A-01: Backup Microphone - General electrical failure: Action

NOTE: This Diagnostic Trouble code(s) will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the telematic microphone circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
