Parking Brake Switch

Parking brake switch is located at top of parking brake pedal, behind junction block No. 1 (passenger compartment fuse block). Check that there is continuity between terminal and switch body with the switch ON (switch pin released). See Fig 1.
Check that there is no continuity between terminal and switch body with the switch OFF (switch pin pushed in). If continuity is not as specified, replace switch or inspect ground point. See Fig 1.
