Spiral Cable

Ensure front wheels face straight ahead. Turn spiral cable counterclockwise until it stops. Turn spiral cable clockwise 2 1/2 turns. After spiral cable has been turned 2 1/2 turns from full counterclockwise position, mating marks should align and red mark should be visible through inspection hole. Install steering wheel, ensuring mating marks are still aligned.
