Codes 11 & 12

This relay supplies power to each ABS solenoid. After the ignition switch is turned on, if the initial check is OK, the relay goes on.

CODES 11 & 12 CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

Code	Diagnostic Code Detecting Condition	Trouble Area
11	Conditions [1] and [2] continue for 0.2 seconds or more:	ABS solenoid Relay Open or short in ABS solenoid relay circuit. ECU.
"	[1] ABS solenoid relay: ON	"
"	[2] Solenoid relay monitor terminal voltage: 0V	"
12	Conditions [1] and [2] continue for 0.2 seconds or more:	ABS solenoid relay relay. B+ short in ABS solenoid relay circuit. ECU.
"	[1] ABS solenoid relay: OFF	"
"	[2] Solenoid relay monitor terminal voltage: Battery voltage	"

NOTE: Fail Safe Function: If trouble occurs in the solenoid relay circuit, the ECU cuts off current to the solenoid relay and prohibits ABS control.
