Driver's Door
- Remove door panel to access door lock motor assembly. Disconnect door lock motor assembly connector. Check for continuity between door lock motor assembly connector terminals No. 1 and 4. See Figure. Continuity should exist with door lock in UNLOCK position. Cont inuity should not exist with door lock in LOCK position. If continuity is as specified, go to next step. If continuity is not as specified, replace door lock motor assembly.
- Disconnect 18-pin connector "C" from driver's door ECU. See Figure. Check for continuity between 18-pin connector "C" terminal No. 3 (Blue wire) and ground. Continuity should exist with driver's door lock in UNLOCK position. Continuity should not exist with driver's door lock in LOCK position. If continuity is not as specified, repair wiring harness as necessary.
