Removal & Installation: Engine: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Apply grease to center flexible bushing in ends of drive shaft before installing. Ensure drive shaft flange reference marks are aligned. Tighten fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
    CAUTION: Install drive shaft center bearing so bracket on drive shaft center bearing is parallel to drive shaft.
  2. Adjust control cables. Fill crankcase with engine oil. Fill and bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
