Circuit Ground

Ensure continuity exists between ground and ECU connector T3 terminal No. 4 (White/Black wire). If continuity is present, go to next test in TROUBLE SHOOTING SYMPTOMS  table. If continuity is not present, repair open in harness or connectors or ground connection as necessary.
