Fuel Gauge Sending Unit
Remove fuel gauge sending unit. Measure resistance between terminals No. 1 and 2 at fuel gauge sending unit connector while moving float up and down. For fuel gauge sending unit connector identification, See Figure. Resistance should increase as float lowers. See FUEL GAUGE SENDING UNIT RESISTANCE table. Replace sending unit as necessary.
