Diagnosis & Repair
- Check SLIP indicator light for proper operation. See appropriate INSTRUMENT PANELS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Repair or replace as necessary. If SLIP indicator light is okay, go to next step.
- Check for short or open in Purple/Red wire between ABS/TRAC/VSC ECU connector A21, terminal No. 6 and SLIP indicator light in instrument panel. Repair as necessary. If wire is okay, replace ABS/TRAC/VSC ECU.
