Using Scan Tool
NOTE:
Refer to hand-held tester operator's manual for further details.
- Turn ignition switch off.
- Connect LEXUS hand-held tester to (DLC3). See Figure.
- Set each test item to condition 1. See Fig 1.
- Turn ignition switch on. Select SIGNAL CHECK mode on hand-held tester.
- Change each test item to condition 2. See Fig 1.
- Read DTC by following prompts on tester screen. If any DTCs are retrieved, perform appropriate test. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DEFINITIONS .
