Engine Hood Lock Assembly: Installation

NOTE: Before installation, apply MP grease to the sliding surface of the engine hood lock.
  1. Connect the hood lock control cable. See Figure. Install the hood lock with the 2 bolts and nut. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table. Install the cap.
  2. Install the hood lock control cable cover with the nut. See Figure. Install the cap.
